The Anzhelinah Elegant Jacket commits to a single colour and gets a lot out of the decision. Brown is the most underrated neutral in outerwear, warmer than black, more interesting than grey and better against denim than either. With only one colourway there is nothing to weigh up beyond the fit, which makes this an unusually simple thing to buy.

The cut is tailored through the shoulder with a straight body and a hem that finishes at the hip. Sizing runs S through XL. There is enough room across the back to wear a fine knit underneath without the jacket pulling at the closure or riding up when you sit. Nothing decorative has been added, so the line is doing all of the work.
